The Joint Centre at UMMC features a comprehensive team of physicians who are committed to providing the most advanced treatment, from fractures to total joint replacement. We are staffed by board-certified, highly-skilled orthopedic surgeons who provide complete orthopedic care and offer the latest advancements in surgical and non-surgical treatments.
The joint care team includes physicians, assistants, nurses, patient care technicians, physical and occupational therapists, and orthopedic technicians specialized in total joint care. The physicians discuss all details, including pre-operative education, to post-operative exercising with the patients. A Joint Care Coordinator will help in planning individual treatment programs and act as a personal guide.
